Hi Pavel,

try running the application that has the non-mapped cursor shapes from
command line, with the XCURSOR_DISCOVER environment variable set.

It will then print out messages for all cursor shapes that are
requested, and also hashes for unknown cursors. You can then use that
hash to make a symlink to the appropriate cursor in your cursor theme
directory.

Here's some that I found:
00008160000006810000408080010102 -> sb_v_double_arrow
028006030e0e7ebffc7f7070c0600140 -> sb_h_double_arrow

One thing that would be nice is when X would generate those hashes on
the normal, "core" cursors, so that Xcursor theme builders wouldn't have
to make symlinks for everything. Ah well.

Cheers,

Wout.

   The trouble with doing something right the first time is that nobody
   appreciates how difficult it was.
