This doesn't seem like a script error:
/tmp/ccy44LPJ.o(.text+0x14): In function `main':
: undefined reference to `QString::null'

It's a linker error. It means that libqt-mt was not found. Can you find in 
your config.log the section in which it tests for libqt-mt? The g++ line when 
it's trying to compile is the most interesting one.
