Subject:    can't configure kde projects!

I was trying to compile some theme for kde3.1.3 the ./configure gives me : 
Library qt-mt not found! But it is there!
The problem comes from the test program which configure writes and trying to 
compile it gives these errors:

My system is sarge.
could anybody help me please?
