Programs killed via Ctrl Alt Esc (skull of death =) usually die because their
connection to the X server is closed, but really locked up programs (not UI
wise, but really dead) don't die, and then a killall or kdekillall is needed. 
Could C+A+E be extended to do the kill itself?
