Hi Andy,
If the --with-extra-includes option works, I should warn you that you'll need
it with kdebase and kdenetwork too. It's probably a good idea to keep the
old kde and qt around and install the new ones somewhere different just in
case there's still a bug in a feature you need. Obviously you'll then have
to set KDEDIR, QTDIR, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, PATH...
