Yeah, without the extra comma at the end of the address it would probably have 
worked ;)

That page uses the web site http://ip-to-country.directi.com/ to work out what 
IP address a country is from. Therefore the "province of china" bit is from 
that web site. I suggest you take it up with them.

That said, I'm not convinced that trying to automatically detect an IP address 
is useful, as Adriaan has mentioned there are problems with it and it rarely 
seems to work for me.
