XAML is not a html language, but rather describes the layout of a form or 
application, its menus and so on. 

You could also see it as a combined version of Qt Designer's .ui files and 
KDE's xmlgui. Like in .ui files you can specify events that you want to 
handle (=signals) and then can write either the handler in the XAML file 
(~= .ui.h files) or in your own source files. The xaml file will then be 
compiled to a class in your favorite programming language, just like .ui. As 
far as I know it is not possible to see XAML directly from the browser, 
without compiling it first.
