M-x c-version ?

The problem is that yours truly is hacking around the normal C++ parsing
to create exceptions from normal syntax for the (public|protected|
private) slots, signals and Q_OBJECT additions. So everytime they
change internally something in c-mode it breaks. I just didn't have
enough time to fix it properly with the c-mode guys. Lately I didn't
have any spare time whatsoever but I'll try to look at it sometime
soon. In the worst case explicitly require c-mode with a version we
support in your .emacs before requiring kde-emacs.
