The list did seem to be good at getting a large collection of CVS servers that 
don't work last time I used it. :D

If it helps, my CVSROOT at this time is
CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@bluemchen.kde.org:/home/kde

If you've managed to check anything out from CVS, you'll have check it out 
again after changing the CVSROOT, unless you want to use one of the scripts 
they wrote about in the CVS section of developer.kde.org
