"make -k" may help you.

Another, more "correct", way of doing so is listing all aps you want to 
compile in a file named inst-apps in the root of your kdeaddons sources 
and do a "make -f Makefile.cvs" again.

You can also edit the Makefile and remove blurscope from the SUBDIRS line.

And there's a variable you can set in configure.in.in (?) in order not to 
compile it, but I can't remember its correct name right now (should be 
something like DO_NOT_COMPILE).
