In the example code for kedittoolbar there are two calls that I am not sure 
why they are there:

saveMainWindowSettings( KGlobal::config(), "MainWindow" );
and
applyMainWindowSettings( KGlobal::config(), "MainWindow" );

Are these two call required?  And if so why?  The docs have them in the 
example, but don't say why they are needed.  When I remove them everything 
seems to work just as before...
