In kmail when rightclicking on link is option Add to Bookmarks. But 
bookmarked in this way link does not appear in Konq bookmarks...

Ah, sorry. It appears but only in editor. In Bookmarks menu it will appear 
only after next start of Konq or after saving results in editor. Bug IMO.

But this is wider problem of compulsory manual applying of changes in KDE.
Too many unnecessary Apply buttons, too many confirmations.
