How are the appended hashs (to encode the url) calculated?
 
eg. the file ~/.kde/share/cache/http/k/www_kde_org__0d73b38a
 
- how do i calculate this hash?
 
- is there a way to implement an app to prefetch many pages to cache to continue \
browsing offline. (similar to wget, but directly into the http cache of konqueror)?
