There are two Makefiles in the kpaint-directory: > Makefile.am Makefile.in. Can they be used to create a Makefile > somehow? Checkout the kdegraphics module cvs co -l kdegraphics then checkout the kde-common module cvs co kde-common then symlink the kde-common/admin directory into the kdegraphics dir (from kdegraphics dir) ln -s ../kde-common/admin . There should be an admin directory in you kdegraphics dir now. Then do make -f Makefile.cvs ./configure --prefix=/path/to/where/you/install/kde_cvs --with-qt-dir=/path/to/qt After these steps the makefiles are created for you. best, Jeroen >> Visit http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-devel#unsub to unsubscribe <<
