As posted to kde-core-devel 1-2 weeks ago, the file format of kwallet has
been changing recently due to feedback at Nove Hrady. There is no backwards
compatibility until 3.2.0 comes out. I do announce in the commit logs when I
break compatibility, but the only solution is to delete the wallet files with
the wallet manager, or from ~/.kde/share/apps/kwallet/* and start over.
After 3.2.0 I will always support previous file formats. Before 3.2.0, it's
just bloat.
