internal is a suggestion in the hopes that all developers play nicely. someone 
could still use it. it is in a publicly installed header, after all. of 
course, we could just take the stand of "well, it was marked internal dummy!" 
when/if it breaks on someone, or we could be nice folk and leave it there 
guaranteeing that we don't burn anyone. if we wish to be taken as a serious 
devel platform, i'd suggest the latter course is that safer and more 
respectful one.

the classes should probably be marked for removal in KDE4, however...
