And also, when you insert a CD, this is normally a temporary action, so why would you like to have icons on the desktop, which normally should remain there? > > Personally I hate the dialog pop-up syndrome --- Especially from > applications that do not have focus. I also hate those popups, but: When inserting a CD, you do something where you want the system to react in a special way. The autorun dialog will appear immediately after closing the CD tray - not somewhere in time unexpectetly. - -- Best regards/Schöne Grüße Martin Public key at: http://blackhole.pca.dfn.de:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x8DFB0F86 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE/SOVnHmdPoI37D4YRAtWRAKCOv2SlG2u1PVQaemlzKx/LoeLU7QCfb8rz /DbijD8okZBEB3eBBQZuJDQ= =+7Ci -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- >> Visit http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-devel#unsub to unsubscribe <<
