If you had forgotten it it would not have warned...
keyword in header only, not body, misspelled :-)

It needs to trigger  for 
* Untranslated, english
* "PATCH" in body or header
* "attached" in  body or header

It should not trigger when:
* contained after "Re:"(and related) in header
* text not written by me (when replying on a patch like this mail)

Question:
* "Misc" tab?
  It is a feature nice enough to have the tab name relate to it?
  Maybe add some hand holding features together and call it "Secritary" ;-)
