It appears that the latest versions of KDE from SourceSafe requires QT-3.2.  Fragment from the make output for kdebase

/usr/lib/qt-3.1/bin/uic -L /usr/lib/kde3/plugins/designer -nounload -o sessiondialog.h ./sessiondialog.ui
uic: File generated with too recent version of Qt Designer (3.2 vs. 3.1.2)

Is this true?  If so, the page at

  http://developer.kde.org/build/compile_cvs.html

needs to be updated.
