As soon as the raw table of contents is there volunteers could apply for writing part of this or that chapter... Of course it is great that Brad is ready to contribute a part of the scripting chapter already but still: to avoid duplicate work we *should* make a decision about the TOC and have a raw version of it somewhere published.
