This has been seen. Change Makefile.am in the viewpart directory as follows:

Line 4: add $(all_libraries)

libkfontviewpart_la_LDFLAGS = -module $(KDE_PLUGIN) $(all_libraries)

Change should have been committed but was not for some reason.
