You may want to check if you still accept cookies from the site/domain.

I also fixed a bug in the cookiejar last week or so, but I think that could 
only affect you if you were to logout of KDE between loging in and logging 
out of the www.bat.org site.

You may want to check if you still experience the problem with a recent CVS.
(updating, compiling & installing kdelibs/kioslave/http and then restarting 
KDE should be enough)
