I was talking to Aaron about that yesterday. This has not really all 
that much to do with KConfig itself. It wouldn't be too hard to do but 
I don't think anyone is going to tackle it for 3.2.

This is not currently on my personal todo for KConfEdit for 3.2, but it 
certainly would be possible.
