Subject:    Use of KURLDrag versus QUriDrag

The documentation for KURLDrag says that it should be used in preference to
QUriDrag when using KURL, due to locale considerations. But what if the URL
was dragged from another application, so that you don't know whether
KURLDrag or QUriDrag was used. Should the drop be handled using
KURLDrag::decode(), or by QUriDrag::decode() - does it matter which?
