I didn't know that there are printers that don't support it.

You're talking about the qt configuration option, right? I don't like
that one, because it's always or never. That's ok for printing to file,
but not when we know it better. Many users don't understand that option
anyway.

So, when printing to a printer the fonts should be embeded only if
possible (=printer supports embeded fonts) and necessary (printer
doesn't have the font). This should be independant from the qt option.

That should never happen of course. But not using the font at all should
be the last thing to to, if everything else fails.
