Great tool, but seen targeted not just to konqi, but as a base management 
library. And like Juk and other KDE multimesia applications, you could use 
the base framework to read ogg/mp3 files to avoid dupliaction of code.

Sugestion:
- - Join kde-multimedia list
- - Verify if all yuor needs are suplied by ogg/mp3 base KDE reader libraries, 
if not, propose add your extra needs.

If interest put in KDE cvs, my best shot is that software will be dstinated to 
kdeaddons.
