I have the same with kdebase. It seems that it was introduced by the recent 
changes to admin/cvs.sh. Reverting to revision 1.82 of admin/cvs.sh makes 
'make -f Makefile.cvs' work again. But kdelibs has no problems with the new 
cvs.sh (revision 1.88).
