 It may be that the developer switched to QT (and QT Designer) 3.2, and as it 
has some new widgets, the version number in the .ui file has changed and uic 
refuses to parse it. If there are no knew things in the .ui, a simple change 
of <UI version="3.2" stdsetdef="1"> to <UI version="3.1" stdsetdef="1"> in 
the .ui file should be enough to make it work.
 Also AFAIK Qt 3.2 is not a requirement for CVS HEAD (yet), so IMO this error 
should be corrected in the CVS.
