Hi
This one drives me mad:
Look at this code please:
QString substitute = "<strong>"+queryword+"</strong>";
QString s_strings_top = toplist.join( "\n" );
QString s_strings_bottom = bottomlist.join( "\n" );
queryword is a QString, toplist and bottomlist are QStringLists with several
items.
Now I display the 2 QStrings s_strings_top and s_strings_bottom and expect
them to have linebreaks (due to the join("\n")). But: They don't. They are
displayed in one line.
If I modify the first line to:
QString substitute = queryword;
It works and I get linebreaks. This means that somehow the Qt-html prevents Qt
from parsing the \n correctly.
Any ideas?
Carsten

Who wants to remember that escape-x-alt-control-left shift-b puts you into
super-edit-debug-compile mode?
