Unfortunately this is not true. I blocked a KNotifyClient::userEvent (..) call
with a 2nd sound application for 2 hours. After de-blocking KNotifyClient
remembered it shall play something and the sound started :-((

Sombody told me to use the KartsServer. I shall ask whether it is
suspended. But unfortunately I don't know how.
