just installed it and have been playing with it... it's quite a nice app! i'd
personally like to see it in KDE (kdeutils?)... some general comments:

the system tray icon breaks the UI guidelines.. left clicking should bring up
the main window, right clicking should bring up a menu..

the configuration dialog should be available from the Settings menu in the key
management window.

personal wishlist items after 15 minutes of usage:

o have the key management window appear quicker. it takes >10 seconds here
while `gpg --list-keys` takes just over a second.
o a keyserver dialog that doesn't bring up a modal window in front of a modal
window when searching, etc
o respect key server settings in ~/.gnupg/options (if any)
o show which key is your current default key. maybe some colour in the
listview to show trust levels.
 o generation of revocation certs
o be able to right click on a signature for which you don't have the pubkey
locally and select "Import From Keyserver.." or "Export To Keyserver" for
keys you do have
o a real UI for editting keys. the konsole approach works for now =)
o a kpart for use in other apps (or is there already a kpart?) so that apps
like kontact can take advantage of kgpg
o integration with the addressbook (someone else mentioned this as well i
see)
