AFAIR kgpg does not integrate with kaddressbook. Am I right? I think every app 
in KDE that stores any kind of information about people should eventually use 
kabc (of however it is called nowerdays).
I know that it is a frontend to gpg and thus the informations are stored with 
gpg, but from a KDE-User point of view I would expect to have a tight 
integration of kgpg and kaddressbook.

Apart from that I would personally welcome it.
