Hi,

 If there is a GPL'd application which uses plugins implemented as KParts (e.g 
like the KTextEditor interface and its implementations), is it allowed to use 
in the GPL'd applications non-GPL compatible KParts? In this case the GPL'd 
app is not linked against the other one, nor it is the non-GPL'd one linked 
to the GPL'd app, but I'm not sure if it's allowed or not.
