Suppose something in module X doesn't compile. However, I don't have a 
speed-of-light compiler, so it will take a while until I get there (half a 
day to a day). By then, a lot of other things in that module will have 
changed, some of them might include changes BI to my kdelibs. I will now 
have to update very selectively and in some cases do this by hand if the 
bug that breaks compilation was fixed in a now BI file after the BI change.
