Not a good idea atall as others have pointed out. Instead, you could add a 
guest account and set it to have password-less login. Anybody wanting to use 
your PC for the things you mentioned can just click on guest and then OK to 
getinto the machine and browse, play CD, VCD, DVDs whatever.. You can 
customize the guest KDE to look the way you want!
