Subject:    Problem with konqueror and keyboard layout

I have the following problems with my kde-3.1 and qt-3.1.1.

1) If I open the Easy access to the control center modules from the panel ,
choose Regional & Accesibility->Keyboard layout, it opens the same
dialog box as in Control Center->Peripherals->Keyboard and not the
keyboard layout. The same happens if I enable Preferences in the K menu.
But this is not happening in the Control Center->Regional &
Accesibility->Keyboard layout where everything works as expected.

2) Every time I try to close konqueror it crashes and gives me the following
backtrace (Sorry I haven't enabled debug.):
