Yes, it seems like the general info page is a bit misleading 
(the number does not directly corresponds to any other). Your link 
is a better one.

Seems quite reasonable.

No. It depends on the "speed" of message changes. The number of 
"untranslated" and "fuzzy" will of course grow for them.
