ok, i'm not sure if i agree with specific case of the user's cache directory
(but it's early in the morning yet ;), but right now the cache directory
isn't configurable *at all*, it's hardcoded to $KDEHOME/share/cache and that
seems like something that should be changeable. i may not want it in $KDEHOME
at all!
so, if it is left out of the GUI (we can discuss merits of that separetly, or
not at all =), what are your thoughts on it being configurable instead of
harcoded to $KDEHOME/share/cache?
p.s. the patch i posted earlier has a "small" problem with it as it call
KGlobal too early ... will fix ....
