Hi All

In trying to compile kdebase, kicker broke.

The fix is very simple. Under kcontrol/kicker, edit lookandfeeltab_impl.cpp. 
The line that reads:

#include <main.h>

should read:

#include "main.h"

Otherwise the main.h that gets included may be from somewhere else and 
KickerConfig will not be defined. The symptom is an error on line 109 when 
lookandfeeltab_impl.cpp is compiled.
