Hi,

this is slightly OT, but maybe someone had the same issues:
(my branch is about 5 days old)

1.
I use vanilla qt-3.1.1 from TT, and antialiasing is not working with
fontconfig 2.1, not a single truetype font is available in the kde 
fontselector.
With version 2.0 it's ok.

2.
using v2.0, it takes kdm approx 30 seconds to appear. kdm_greet is using 
100% cpu and it's mem usage grows up to 187MB during this delay.
After these 30 seconds, the greeter appears, but still uses about 60% 
cpu (PIII-450 here).
Turning off AA for kde does not change this behaviour.
After kde has started up everything works as usual.
