Kopete never "dropped" support for TOC, since Kopete doesn't "support" 
protocols, it just load plugins. What really happened is that our AIM 
developers are now maintaining the OSCAR one since it works better, and we 
don't have infinite developer resources.

The real solution would be Neil maintaining the TOC plugin, since it is based 
on his code. That would be cool. But since Neil's participation in a team 
project like noatun ended in a fork announcement, I am sure he prefers to 
maintain his own app. Anyway, the job is open if anyone wants to maintain TOC 
plugin.
