I committed those two so far (HEAD and 3.1).

Committed that to HEAD. Maybe anyone maintaining dcop puts this into 3.1.

I committed all those to kdeaddons/konq-plugins/imagerotation (HEAD only due 
to new strings). Hope the location is ok. Do you want to maintain that in 
CVS? Then please ask for a CVS account at sysadmin@office.kde.org (send an 
account name and encrypted password).
