Are you using the latest qt-copy and latest KDE CVS head? I can
reproduce it here, altough designer from QT3.0 eats the new KDE CVS
kdewidgets plugins correctly.

I'm currently applying reverse patches to see if the behaviour is
designer's fault or ours (indirectly).
