Not true. Windows 2000 and XP (Home and Pro) have per user home directories.
Windows 9x and ME didn't, but as far as M$ is concerned they're ancient
history. These are stored in %ROOTDRIVE%\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%.
We really need to compare the NT series (NT/2k/XP) to Linux since they're the
only versions of Windows that have multiuser as a feature.
