Hello all,

I am having trouble compiling kdeaddons. Specifically, the compilation breaks
at "noatunmadness" because the "esd" library does not exist. However, I have
the esound package installed on my system (SuSE 8.1 i386):

--- CUT HERE ---
# rpm -ql esound
[...]
/usr/lib/libesd.so.0
/usr/lib/libesd.so.0.2.28
[...]
--- CUT HERE ---

I have already compiled and installed ALL KDE packages (including
kdemultimedia). The only packages left are "kdeaddons" which gives me the
problem and "kdebindings" which is being compiled as I write this.

The interesting part is that the compilation command which breaks does not
seem to have -lesd in it:
