No it was the right way, xine_arsplugn fails to work with 0.9.13, but works 
with some cvs version after 0.9.13, it can be confirmed by pld packagers and 
by the Connectiva packagers too probably, since they have put up a 
xine-artsplugin cvs rpm along with kde.
