Subject: how to set working directory?

Hello,

I need to interact with a shell program through KProcess/KProcIO. It works
pretty well, except for one issue: the shell process needs to be run locally
from its own directory, because it expects other files to be present in its
directory. Using '*myProcess << "/path/to/shellprocess" ' does not work,
because the shell process still sees the current directory as
"/opt/kde3/bin". Is there a way to set the current working directory of my
KDE frontend to be the shell process's directory?

The alternative (which I am currently using) is to ignore "make install" and
just copy my compiled KDE program into the shell process's directory.
However, this means I can't easily use XMLGUI.

thanks in advance for any help,
Jason
