If you look at the output, you are using "/usr/bin/uic", which is 
probably the wrong uic executable. Try defining QTDIR to point 
at your qt-copy, I do this with "export QTDIR=/usr/local/qt", then 
do "make -f Makefile.cvs ; ./configure ; make" in kdelibs.
