If you have suggestions about the maintenance of www, I suggest you bring 
them to Justin Bainbridge, Rainer Endres, and Christoph Cullmann on the 
kde-www mailing list.  Right now they are defining a set of requirements 
for the new www organization.

You could propose redirects for the old URLs.
