This looks like the same problem I had. See:

Roger Larsson's advice turned out to be right... I (stupidly) had a packaged 
Qt 3.0.3 installed as well as my qt-copy, and after updating I was picking up 
the wrong moc. So double and triple check that you've not got bits of old Qt 
lying around...
